Picasso 5 – A magnificent newly built villa with panoramic views

Our team worked closely with the developers of Picasso 5 throughout the entire process of purchasing the existing property, demolishing it and then the construction of the new contemporary villa. When we found the original 3 bedroom villa we knew from walking around the plot that it was exactly what our clients had been looking for.

We quickly arranged the completion of the sale and then began drawing up plans with architect Jaume Moura for the project and applying for the various required licenses and permissions. The new villa was designed and built with a highly advanced, automated system to control and monitor lighting, temperature control, multi-media, security, window and door operations.
